Clonlara GAA Club is hosting a Drink, Drug and Addiction awareness evening in Clonlara Community Centre on Wednesday 16th January at 8pm for members and non-members, both male and female from 15 years up. (They hope to run another one later in the year for younger than 15 years). This talk should take approx. 1 - 1.5 hours.

They have invited Niall McNamee, Oisin McConville, John Leahy and a representative from an Garda Siochanna to speak about their experiences, the dangers etc in relation to drink and drug abuse and other addictions.

They are inviting all clubs to attend what they feel is a very important and relevant topic for all. They are asking for a voluntary contribution of €5 at the door (any profit will be divided among local charities relevant to the topics on discussion).

The format of the night will be presentation from each speaker with a question and answer session afterwards.

All are welcome to attend.
