Earlier this year we put out a message thanking everyone for making great use of the new walkway and we’re still really pleased to see so many of you enjoying it.

However, we’ve unfortunately had to raise this again: dogs are still being taken onto the main pitch, and some are leaving mess behind.

Just to be very clear once more:

✅ Dogs are very welcome on the walkway

❌ Dogs are NOT allowed on the pitch at any time

This rule exists to protect our children and players. The pitch is where our teams and kids train every week. Dog fouling isn’t just unhygienic, it can pass on harmful bacteria and parasites that are particularly risky for children.

We know the vast majority of our members are responsible and respectful. So we’re asking again:

•  Please keep dogs completely off the pitch

•  Always clean up immediately if your dog goes on the walkway

•  Politely remind others if you see dogs on the grass

A quick scoop really does make a big difference.

We want everyone, kids, families, dog owners and players to continue enjoying the club safely and happily.
