Ballyea have been drawn against Ennistymon in the quarter-final of the Clare junior A championship.

The juniors, who won Division Four of the league, last month, are seeking out the double now and should be next in action on the weekend of September 23-24.

The other pairings are Eire Og v Clooney-Quin, Ogonnelloe v O’Callaghan’s Mills and Bodyke v Kilmaley.

In the senior championship, the two teams that overcame Ballyea this summer, Sixmilebridge and Newmarket-on-Fergus, have been pitted against one another. Clooney-Quin and Clonlara square off in the other semi-final.
