Over the last couple of years a lot of research has been done on the history of the club with the aim of bringing out a book detailing the club’s first 50 years  so to further this research  we are now making a public appeal to all members and parishioners to send us photos and printed material relating to the club activity up to the year 1984 which we can include in the book  these can be photos of players teams matches old hurleys jerseys ticket stubs match programmes and newspaper articles about club activities  you can  email them to me in jpeg format @ voconnor007@gmail.com   the committee members are most grateful to Michael o Shea for the huge amount of research he has done to date and to Seamus o Reilly for helping out with the history  the above photo is oldest one we have at present it was taken in 1951 do any of you have an older one or do you know someone who has  note once again we are only looking for photos/printed material etc UP TO 1984 thanking you in advance vincent o Connor
