The team have spoken about how the supporters have been like a 16th man – the day of each match and in the build-up to each match.

And now that support is needed more than ever.

Just like the team are now in another competition and eying another prize, so are our supporters.

The club is once again running a best-decorated house competition for the All Ireland final along similar lines to the one we ran before the county final when the Kennedys emerged as the winners.

So again get out all your flags and bunting, put out and paint those tyres, barrels or whatever else you can think of and cover the entire place in Black and Amber before we do the same in Croke Park.

The prize this time is a voucher for two for bed and breakfast in one of the Flynn Hotels, who have hotels in Cork, Kilkenny, Waterford as well as the Old Ground Hotel in Ennis.

 All so the Ballyea Rising continues well into 2017!
